Theme: Learning from Mistakes
PROMPT
: There is a popular saying in the equestrian community that encourages us to consider the value of “[remembering] at the end of the day, if you’re riding a horse you love, you have already won.” Using this saying for context, write about a time when you made a mistake during a horse show that caused your competition to not go as planned. What were your emotions, actions, and choices in the aftermath of your mistake, how did you manage them, and what did you learn from this experience?
